Sharon Gerber is a highly successful and nationally recognized attorney recruiter with a diverse and impressive background in the legal profession. Her in-house counsel and law firm placements are extensive due to her own previous in-house role, as well as her experience as a litigator, and her experience as a manager of the legal staffing department of an international company.

Ms. Gerber has a vast network of professional and personal contacts that she utilizes throughout the placement process. Her knowledge of opportunities and her networking within the legal community have contributed to her success.

Ms. Gerber is a member of the Texas Bar Association. She received her J.D. from the University of Houston College of Law, where she served on the Houston Journal of International Law. Ms. Gerber earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin where she was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.

Due to her professional reputation in the attorney recruitment industry, Ms. Gerber has lectured and has been quoted in the media on attorney recruitment and hiring trends. In particular, she is quoted in a nationally recognized career counseling book for attorneys.
